We just had our Janska 36in hood installed and it is more bulky then we expected. The installer had a most difficult time installing the grease Baffle Filters in the unit. I tried removing them to see how hard it would be and it's HARD. Cleaning will be extremely difficult if they are installed correctly. It would be nice if JANSKA had a video demonstrating installation and cleaning of their product.
Great little unit. Has good amount of force for everyday cooking and I like that it is ducted.
Believe me I'm a hopeless cook so this range hood saves me half the time when I burn things to a crisp lol!!!
Looks great, installation could be easier.
I really wanted something simple, since I purchased a bright blue gas range and didn't want to detract from that. This range hood fit the bill at the right price.
like I said the hood is good, but the chimeny stack looks a bit too narrw. We had to get a longer extension since our ceilings are high, and it looks really long now.
